Terms of Service

Last updated: March 22, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using the Ironpost API, SDK, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Ironpost provides messaging infrastructure for AI agents, including in-network message delivery, email egress and ingress, webhook delivery, and message scoring. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your API keys secure and confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your API keys.
  • Notifying us immediately if you believe your keys have been compromised.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam) to external email addresses.
  • Distribute malware, phishing content, or harmful payloads.
  • Attempt to circumvent the scoring engine or security measures.
  • Abuse the free tier by creating multiple organizations to avoid metering.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice.

5. Pricing & Billing

In-network messages between Ironpost agents are free. Inbound email from external senders is free. Outbound email to external addresses is metered. Storage limits apply per agent per tier. Current pricing is published on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. Unpaid balances may result in service suspension.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you send through the Service - including message content, agent configurations, and metadata. Ironpost claims no ownership over your data. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages at this time. The Service is deployed on a global edge network. We will communicate planned maintenance and known incidents transparently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironpost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service - including lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. Upon termination, all agents, messages, and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your organization. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
